The XT Outlook Mail Merge with Attachments allows you to send emails to multiple recipients each with a unique attachment. If you have a long list of clients or employees that are to receive specific, unique files, you can send them all at once using our program.

You'll need a Microsoft computer with Outlook and Excel. Please make sure you download the correct program depending on what version of Outlook you have.

Free Lite Version

The free Lite Version allows you to send a maximum of 10 emails with unique attachments at once. If you need to send more than 10 emails at once, you can purchase the Full Version once it becomes available. If you find that neither the Lite nor Full versions meet your needs, please contact us to talk about customization options.
